The date for filing of Expression of Interest (EOI) is being extended to May 05 and for filing SOQ May 25, 2008.

Parties already requested to participate in the due diligence shall not be required to file EOI. However, these parties would provided updated financial data in respect of their companies These parties are 1. Al-Tuwariqi Steel Mill Ltd, 2. ICC (Pvt) Ltd. Lahore, 3. JS PE Management Ltd. Karachi, 4. Pak Electron Ltd. Lahore and 5. Saudi Cable Company (SCC), Saudi Arabia.

Five (5) parties have submitted Expression of Interest (EOIs) and Statement of Qualification (SoQ) by the due date and are Alfanar Construction company, Saudi Arabia, Gulf Finance House, Kingdom of Bahrain, Hussain Cotex Ltd. Pakistan,  Petrosin Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd., Pakistan and ZAD Investment Company, Saudi Arabia.
