All legal proceedings whatsoever and matters related to or under or in connection with or arising from privatisation, the privatisation process or privatisation programme pending on the commencement of this Ordinance before any forum, tribunal or court shall stand transferred to the High Court having jurisdiction provided that nothing contained herein shall affect any proceedings pending before the Supreme Court of Pakistan. |

In respect of matters transferred to a High Court under sub-section (1), the High Court shall proceed from the stage at which the proceedings had reached immediately prior to the transfer and shall not be bound to recall and rehear any witness and may act on the evidence already recorded or produced before the forum, tribunal or court from which the proceedings were transferred. |
