9. Delegation.-

(1)

The Board may constitute committees of its members to entrust them with such functions and powers as it may deem fit. The Board or any of its committees may invite any technical expert or other person possessing specialized knowledge of any subject or representative of a government institution for assistance in the performance of its functions.

(2)

The Board may, subject to such conditions and limitations as it may deem fit to impose, delegate any of its functions or powers to the Chairman, or Secretary or one or more members of the Board or any officer of the Commission, except- 

(a)

the power to approve the audited accounts; and

(b)

the power to make or repeal regulations made under this Ordinance.

(3)

A delegation under this section shall not prevent the concurrent performance or exercise by the Board of the functions or powers so delegated.
