20. Accounts.-

(1)

The Commission shall maintain proper accounts and other records relating to its financial affairs to be kept in such form and manner as the Federal Government may determine in consultation with the Auditor General of Pakistan and shall as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year cause to be prepared for that financial year statements of account of the Commission which shall include a balance sheet and an account of income and expenditure.

(2)

The financial year of the Commission shall be the period of twelve months ending 30th June, in each year.
