A Financial Advisory Services (FAS) agreement for the privatisation of SME
Bank was signed here today between the Privatisation Commission and BMA
Capital.
On the basis of a comprehensive technical and financial evaluation of six
interested parties, the Privatisation Commission Board declared BMA Capital
successful.
The privatisation of SME Bank is targeted for the current year on fast track
basis.
