A spokesman of the Privatisation Commission in a statement issued here said today that following meetings between CEO of Etisalat and Senior Officials of Government of Pakistan, the contracting parties i.e. Government of Pakistan and Etisalat have agreed to extend the completion date until 28 October 2005. The interceding period will be used to finalise the privatisation of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited for which a high level team from Etisalat is arriving in Pakistan.
