National Privatisation Conference-2005 is being held under the auspices of
Karachi Branch Council of Institute of Cost & Management Accounts of Pakistan
in collaboration with Ministry of Privatisation & Investment at Marriott
Hotel, Karachi on August 6, 2005 (Saturday) at 0930 hrs. Mr. M. Tahsin Khan
Iqbal, Federal Secretary Ministry of Privatisation & Investment will be the
Chief Guest.
The Conference will have three sessions. The inaugural session will discuss
the theme: 'Privatisation for the People: A road map to Prosperity, Progress,
Prosperity, Performance, Potential and Opportunities. Second session will
focus 'Role of Stock Markets for Privatisation & Investment while the
concluding session is titled as 'Privatisation Experience Future Strategies
for Privatisation in Pakistan
