The physical shares of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited, along with the
Transfer Deeds have been delivered to the Bankers to the Offer. Applicants who
were declared successful through balloting have been advised by the
Privatisation Commission to collect their scrips from the Bank branch through
which they tendered/ deposited their application.
The Central Depository Company (CDC) of Pakistan Limited has also credited the
SSGC shares into the respective Central Depository System (CDS) accounts of
those successful applicants who opted to receive their shares in scripless
