Expressions of Interest (Eol's) are invited from reputable investment banks for pre-qualification to act as Lead Manager for the disposal of assets, land lease rights and structure allotted to Hyatt Regency Hotel, Karachi.

Interested parties are invited to submit their Expressions of Interest, along with corporate profile highlighting appropriate transaction experience (including real estate, hospitality business, asset valuation and commercial litigation ) in Pakistan. The Eol's should be accompanied by a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand) in the form of a demand draft / pay order, favouring Custodian, Karachi Hotel Project Account Number 7513-21 drawn on Habib Bank Corporate Centre Karachi and be submitted by 1500 hrs. on 20th April, 2001 at the address indicated below.

Detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) and pre-qualification documents will be furnished to the parties submitting EOL's.
